Permitted payments

Before the tenancy starts (payable to Stelfort 'The Agent')
Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent

During the tenancy

Changes to the tenancy agreement: £50
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3%
Lost key or security device: Equivalent to cost incurred.

We are members of both the Property Ombudsman and Safeagent Schemes. Stelfort is also part of the Safeagent client money protection scheme.
