• Check in/out process, inventory report
• Transfer of utilities
• Key holding
• Rent collection
• Arranging payment of outgoings
• Arranging repairs and maintenance
• Arranging furniture 
• Property inspections 
• Tenant can now report repair issues through our website

Please be advised that any of the below fees may apply for your property. All fees are inclusive of VAT and our administrative works.  

Let only: 9.6% (7.2% on renewals)

Let & Managed: 16.8% (12% on renewals) 

To hold security deposit: £32 per tenancy. 

We cannot reimburse fees if property requested back by the owner earlier than agreed term of the tenancy.

We are members of both the Property Ombudsman and Safeagent Schemes. Stelfort is also part of the Safeagent client money protection scheme.
