Let only: 10% (8% on renewals)
Let & Rent Collection: 12% (10% on renewals)
Let & Managed: 16% (12.5% on renewals)
To hold security deposit: £32 per tenancy.
We cannot reimburse fees if property requested back by the owner earlier than agreed term of the tenancy.
