The fees for landlords are 15% plus vat or 18% inc. vat from achieved rent figure and 10% plus vat or 13 inc. vat for achieved premium amount.
The fees for tenants are £250 plus vat or £300 inc. vat. This also includes the reference checks we have to carry out.
